Preservation

A large tree was blown down in the village of Bradmore in Nottinghamshire. The 'owner' of the tree wanted some sort of memorial to be made in honour of the tree. Preservation was about taking the material of the tree and reducing it down to its finest form (sawdust). The dust would be preserved in jars and arranged in uniformed rows in the Basement Gallery.
